Interactive Views Overview

Before you use the Interactive Views menu functions, set up the General Ledger and enter transactions.

With the functions on the Interactive Views menu, you can view but not change information about the following:

Account Balance View
Chart of Accounts View
Transactions View
Subsidiary Ledger Audit View

Use these functions if you need to examine (but not change) a GL Account record, balances or, transaction history or view sub ledger audit information.

To change the data you see in the interactive view functions, use the corresponding Setup and Maintenance or Transactions functions.
